Lynntech's mission is to solve real problems in defense, aerospace, medical, and energy markets by developing and commercializing world-class technologies and products. To accomplish this mission, we need team members who are passionate about creating the latest in technology solutions, and who are driven to learn and grow.

The engineering group at Lynntech is seeking a creative and motivated mechanical engineer to take part in all stages of technology and product development, from researching and brainstorming the very first concepts, all the way through advanced engineering and manufacturing development. Along the way, you will have the chance to

  • CREATE something NEW
  • COLLABORATE in a COMMUNITY of innovators
  • GROW as an ENGINEER and as an INDIVIDUAL
  • OPEN doors of OPPORTUNITY

CREATE

Lynntech is built on a culture of innovation, starting with groundbreaking research and applying it to solve real-world problems. As such, we need instrumentation and controls engineers who go far beyond programming PLCs. Our instrumentation and controls engineers assist in the design, development, and testing of innovative prototypes and manufacturing systems, pushing beyond current technological limitations. As a valued member of a multi-disciplinary team, instrumentation and controls engineers contribute their own knowledge and ideas to solve novel measurement and system controls problems.

COLLABORATE

You will play an integral role within close-knit groups, working daily alongside other talented engineers, scientists, and researchers to identify opportunities, understand problems, brainstorm ideas, and develop and implement solutions. Collaboration is a cornerstone and a hallmark of working at Lynntech, where the expectation of every team member, from senior management to the newest hire, is to contribute to the growth of the team and the individuals that comprise it. In this community, everyone is expected to both give and receive. Instrumentation and controls engineers are closely connected to all types of collaborators as they operate at the nexus of the various engineering disciplines linking the physical measurements of a mechanical system to the analog and digital control system.

GROW

Working in an environment of innovation and cutting-edge technologies is full of challenges. When dealing with the new and novel, there are always obstacles, setbacks, uncertain outcomes, and, at the end of the day, opportunities for rapid and massive professional and personal growth. If you thrive on tackling things you've never done before, Lynntech can provide the opportunity, the support, and the push you need to test the limits of your abilities, and then blow past them.

Instrumentation and controls engineers at Lynntech contribute to the development of prototypes as well as test systems to support a wide variety of novel technologies in many fields, disciplines, and application areas, building a unique knowledge base in all the technologies their systems touch. Constant learning is a way of life and growth at Lynntech.
